This 50 minute workout video strengthens your abdominals, obliques, and core muscles with MID BODY POWER workout routines. Using easy to follow routines, these workouts also offer cardio challenges, plus strengthen upper and lower body muscles.
Hand Buoy equipment are used in these workouts. If you don’t have hand buoys you can cut the ends of a noodle and use as handheld equipment or simply do all workouts with equipment.
