LIQUID BARRE Extension
This 50 min workout video, Liquid Barre Extension, is the second in the Liquid Barre series. These workouts that uses the wall or rail and simple choreography to create dynamic and/or suspended movements as well as offering support for anchored and/or stability workouts. These workouts are great for those with limited room in the shallow end of the pool but can also be performed effectively away from the wall.
Some of these shallow water workouts utilise equipment (hand buoys) but can done without equipment. Some include optional suspended moves which can be done grounded if preferred.
With full audio commentary and underwater demonstrations this video helps water workout enthusiasts of all abilities to achieve excellent fitness outcomes.
