HYDRO ACTIVE is a 45 minute workout video that focuses on improving all over body strength, cardiovascular endurance, core stability, and brain function and coordination. Some workouts include use one hand buoy to challenge balance but can easily be done without equipment. Suspended moves can be adapted with feet grounded if preferred.
