HYDRO ACTIVE is a 45 minute workout video that features 9 workout routines that focus on all over body strength and cardiovascular and respiratory training to improve cardio endurance, core stability, improve posture and challenge brain function and coordination.
Some of these shallow water workouts utilise one buoyancy bell but can done without equipment. Some include optional suspended moves which can be done grounded if preferred.
With full audio commentary and underwater demonstrations this video caters to all Aqua enthusiasts, from elite athletes to gentle aqua groups, with workouts that can be adapt to achieve excellent fitness outcomes.
