This 50 min deepwater workout video challenges cardio respiratory and muscular endurance using a simple and effective interval training method – 30sec work / 10sec rest ratio. The use of a buoyancy belt or similar is advised. All exercises can be adapted to the shallow end – either grounded or suspended – with or without the use of buoyancy equipment.
