DEEP + DYNAMIC is a 45 minute water workout video that features deep water workouts. Are you seeking a Deepwater Fitness workout to improve your cardio endurance and build all over body strength? Experience the intensity of suspended workouts using the body to in a variety of positions to maximise workout resistance and muscle engagement. DEEP + DYNAMIC offers challenging deepwater workouts that can be done with or without the use of a Buoyancy belt, Buoyancy dumbbells and/or a Noodle.
