Aqua Pirahna Intervals
This 50 minute workout video showcases four workouts sets using an interval workout approach. Working with the same 16 exercises through 4 rounds – in Round 1 we work hard for 18 seconds with 12 seconds rest. Round 2 hard for 30 sec / rest 12 sec. Round 3 hard for 40 sec / rest 12 sec until Round 4 “THE FINISHER” when all exercises are performed back to back for 15 seconds each with no rest. Starting with high intensity workload over a shorter period the challenge is to maintain power, strength and technique throughout the class as the work to rest ratio increases. With the ultimate challenge being to complete “THE FINISHER” before it finishes you!!!

Danise Berger Roberston is a qualified as a Personal trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. In 2023 she completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science. Danise teaches a wide variety of group fitness classes – Aqua Fitness, Learn to Swim, Les Mills Body Step, Body Pump, Metafit, Yoga and Spin. She is passionate about sport and exercise and believes that exercise truly is the best medicine.
