This 45 minute workout video showcases four workouts sets using an interval workout approach. Working through 4 rounds – Round 1 exercises work 18 seconds with 12 seconds rest. Round 2 work exercises in pairs then rest. Round 3 works 4 exercises then rest until the BIG KAHUNA when all exercises are performed back to back with no rest. Throughout the class the workload increases as the rest decreases.
