ANTI AGING AQUA
ANTI AGING AQUA is a 45 minute workout video that features challenging, functional, low impact water workouts to help aqua lovers live long and stay strong. The focus of these workouts is to help increase strength to improve posture and stability, and also challenge brain function and coordination. ANTI AGING AQUA offers shallow water workouts that can be done with or without the use of Buoyancy Bells or a Noodle.
ANTI AGING AQUA is presented by AFO Founder and Master Trainer, Dominic Gili. With 25 years teaching experience Dominic is one of Australia’s leading Aqua Fitness Experts and has presented at fitness conferences around the globe including the USA, UK and New Zealand.
