ANTI AGING AQUA 2
ANTI AGING AQUA Part 2 is a 45 minute workout video that features challenging, functional, low impact water workouts to help aqua lovers ‘live long and stay strong’. The focus of these workouts is to help increase strength, core stability, improve posture and challenge brain function and coordination.
Some of these shallow water workouts utilise bouyancy bells and noodles but can done without equipment and grounded if preferred.
With full audio commentary and underwater demonstrations this video caters to all Aqua enthusiasts, from elite athletes to gentle aqua groups, with workouts that can be adapt to achieve excellent fitness outcomes.
