With the use of buoyancy equipment, this easy to follow training format offers a challenge for all fitness levels and abilities. Brooke Crisp is a highly experienced fitness professional from Canberra with a passion for education. Brooke’s friendly and supportive nature aims to inspire her clients to take a wholistic approach to health and wellbeing. Brooke is also the owner of BABIO by Brooke which specialises in helping mums gain back their strength after having kids.
Aqua Selkies showcases a versatile program design that can be used in the shallow, deep or mixed depth classes. The unique interval format combines deep or shallow workouts that use a combination anchored cardio focused exercises with active recovery movements that provide the freedom to roam around the pool. Danise Berger Robertson holds a Batchelor of Health Science (Sport and Exercise) and is a qualified personal trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. Danise teaches Aqua Fitness, Pilates and Spin classes and is currently studying for a Masters of Exercise Physiology. In her spare time she enjoys running, cycling and snowboarding. Danise is passionate about sport and exercise and believes that exercise truly is the best medicine.
Aqua Athletic – this shallow water masterclass features functional workouts focusing on agility, power and endurance. These easy to follow workouts use interval formats to cater to all fitness abilities to improve sports performance, endurance and the ability to perform daily activities. Sean Cross is a qualified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness and Aqua Instructor from Southern Highlands NSW. In 2024 Sean completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science. Incorporating his passion for various sports and endurance events, Sean designs water workout programs to improve dynamic performance and cardio endurance.
Aqua Ball Challenge – this fun yet dynamic water workout uses small pool balls to create a unique blend of cardio and strength challenge of high repetitions and moderate resistance workouts. Research suggests improving grip strength helps improve overall body strength so grab a ball, a short noodle piece or a light resistance hand buoy and get ready to smile or grit your way through this intriguing workout experience.
