Lisa Westlake is a highly renowned fitness professional, author and presenter. She combines physiotherapy and fitness to provide a range of health and fitness programs and has been honoured with many awards including 3 Australian Fitness Networks awards: Fitness professional, Author and Presenter of the year and the 2017 Lifetime Achievement Award. In 2014, Fitness Australia’s awarded Lisa “Outstanding contribution to the Australian Fitness industry”, and in 2017 She was inducted into “Fitness Australia’s Roll of Honour” for her unique and dedicated work in fitness and health.
Aquabatic Noodles – Join Dom for this challenging collections of dynamic and suspended workouts to improve cardio, strength, core stability and muscle balance. These water workouts can be performed in both the shallow and deep end of the pool. These creative workouts will have you using the noodle in many different positions to alter your centre of buoyancy can challenge your balance and core strength. You’ll leave the pool feeling like you have just auditioned to join the circus.
Dom Gili is an Aqua Fitness Specialist from Sydney, renowned for his engaging and challenging water workouts. As the founder of Aqua Fitness Online, he aims to educate people of the transformative benefits of aqua exercise. With his ultimate goal of building a stronger aqua community and inspiring the next generation of aqua educators.
