Aquabatic Noodles – Join Dom for this dynamic session of suspended workouts using short and long noodles to improve cardio, strength, core stability and muscle balance. These water workouts can be performed in both the shallow and deep. You’ll leave the pool feeling like you have just auditioned for the circus using the noodle in different positions to alter your centre of buoyancy and challenge your balance and core strength.
