What is AI Chi?
AI Chi is a simple yet effective water exercise and relaxation program performed using a combination of deep breathing and slow, broad movements of the arms, legs, and torso in flowing continual movements.
Ai Chi was created by Jun Konno as a stepping stone to Watsu but very quickly became a stand alone form of exercise that is practice by many.
During this 8-hour training you will
