You will discover strategies and techniques to help your clients push the water and create maximum output to improve their strength, as well as how to incorporate flexibility work to help them move better and feel stronger.

Brooke Crisp is a highly experienced fitness professional with over 13 years of experience in the industry. As the owner of BABIO by Brooke, she has created a platform to provide inclusive fitness training for mothers who want to get back into shape after having kids. Brooke is also a national fitness presenter, where she shares her knowledge and expertise with a wider audience. With over 5 years of experience as a presenter, she has become a sought-after speaker at fitness events, and her passion for fitness is contagious.
