Danise Berger Robertson – Aqua Kahuna – this workout uses an interval workout approach with each individual exercise being performed for 18sec with 12sec of rest. Dom Gili – Aqua Loop Resistance – resistance bands give clients biofeedback which increases their awareness of the muscle zone being targeting by each movement. In this masterclass Dom adds to the 360 degrees multidirectional resistance of the water using small and large resistance loops to increase the intensity of each exercise and take the water workout to the next level.
